There were blood stains on the curtain, the metal door was so beaten and kicked in that there was a two inch gap on the bottom, the laminate floor was peeling off under the bed, both beds were not level, and the smell was terrible.

Close to I-35, room was modern and air conditioning worked well.

Both ice machines were broken, the breakfast ended at 9:00 am on a Saturday. I had to call about the tv not working. Front desk staff not very friendly. I didnt feel comfortable leaving my room at night.

Location and price were merits, but this is not a La Quinta Inn. It is actually Baymont. I realize they are all part of the Wyndham group of hotels, but when I go looking for the hotel name at midnight, it would be nice to know what I'm arriving at.
Negatives:
Their "free" breakfast is minimal. Coffee,some cereal,sometimes a muffin,couple yogurts,bread for toast. They should just ditch it. Very basic, "industrial" room. Careful getting out of the shower, floor is extremely slippery when wet!!!

People hanging out sitting in hall and breezeways, many cars with broken windows and plastic covring them, no safty lock on inside of the room, NO HOT BREAKFAST just toast and cold cereal, missing light bulbs in the fixtures inside the room

This was one of the Worse Hotel I ever Rented. It had roaches in the room And cracked in the door smell of mold. A lot of drug activity outside Upstairs kids running all night No coffee pods in the room. No breakfast as appetizers. To noses . noses

The smell in the room. Th noise from 50 Interstate outside the room. The arrogance of the night manager. The nose was the worst. So bad we had to move to another hotel.

I have not had 1 concern that Ive brought to the front desk staff addressed. This includes wi-if/internet service so slow that it is unusable, no Ive mo working ice machines on premises, issues with the television in my room, among other issues Ive had

There wasnt a refrigerator in the room. The front door lock and latch wasnt working properly. Front door was damaged needed painting and top lock reattach.

It was dirty on the outside, the room was old and smelled of cigarettes. Lots of people outside hanging out. Noisy.

There were bugs in the room, people fighting and shouting every night, police came twice in the 4 days, weed smokers everywhere.

Pool blocked the very limited parking. The door closed but had a huge gap between frame. The shower handle was broken off and the sheets were not clean.
