After completing the forms before arrival I still waited a long time to check in. Then I was told there were issues with the system and the information did not arrive prior to check-in. At check-in I was told that the 5:00 AM shuttle was full and so I was put on the shuttle list for 5:30. Arriving at the desk by 5:20 we were informed the shuttle driver was not there and I had to wait for another driver to be called. Not what you want to hear after spending the money to stay near the airport to avoid stress.
