The bed was so unbelievable worn out. When I arrived the trash cans all over were completely full and overflowing. The shower hot/cold valve was broken and I had to hold it in place in order to take a shower.

The inconvenience of being switched from one room to another that ac were breaking then last room I was in I didn't even want to complain again but it was molded the bed was lop sided as well as electricity 4 room kept shutting off and on. It was ridiculous

It's an old rundown hotel, other guests were hanging outside of their rooms that made me feel unsafe that I ended up leavening and not spending the night there. My room faced the back of the hotel, overlooking the dumpster and an abandoned car wash.

We were allowed to check-in early after traveling from out of town for a concert that same day. Being allowed to check-in early enhanced our concert experience greatly. Really appreciate La Quinta for taking care of us and going above and beyond that day!
