Positives:
The facilities were nice but that’s about it. The stay was only one night and the room was so hot. The guy at the front desk had maintenance take a look and they said it was fine. Nothing changed. The toilet leaked the entire stay and the bathroom was constantly wet. Not to mention that this was an upgraded king suite with the balcony.
Negatives:
The parking was crazy. Seemed like there were no cameras and that seemed apparent to others being that there were around 10 cars that were broken into overnight.

The pool area and views of the lake were wonderful.
Negatives:
I wish they had lake access on property.
They were very understaffed it took 30 minutes to get a drink at the pool bar.
The rooms need to be updated.
Our cars got broken into in the resort parking lot they need to add 24 hr security on property and working cameras.
The kids activity area needs updating and more activities the AC was not working in the bounce house area.

A nice get away in Texas. Comfortable rooms, great pool. We went for the eclipse and it was a perfect place to view it and relax with the family. Decent breakfast. Very friendly staff. Really so far, the best place we’ve been in Texas! We didn’t try the spa, but will next time.

Negatives:
The breakfast was very disappointing - very overpriced for a poor offering. The staff, while friendly, we spread very thin and the service was poor.
We were there at a busy time but this was to have been expected.
