The room smelled weird, where pur room was there were houses on the other side of the parking lot fence and you could hear people yelling and dogs barking all night, I will say if you are female traveling alone or with a friend do not stay here felt very unsafe ... you could tell the bathroom door had been kicked in. The front desk person tried to double charge me for the room and was very rude and acted like it was my fault she could not find my reservation, when I kept showing her all of my confirmation, there are much better places in the area to stay, you cant even go into the front lobby have to check in/out at a window outside

The beds were okay. That was honestly the only thing that was not horrible.
Negatives:
There is NO vanity or anywhere in the bathroom to put your things. Hair in the bathtub. None of the washing machines, dryers, ice machines or vending machines were working. They are had 'Out of Order' signs on them. The management here clearly does not care about the facility or providing any services to their customers. You are on your own here. No ice whatsoever and the staff person in the morning shrugged it off. Not one decoration in the room. Not one picture or any art. Very disappointing. I stayed two nights before at the Studio 6 in Midtown for the SAME price and it was very nice and even had a full kitchen. This place is horrible.
