No Breakfast, No Ice, had a bad roach infestation. Bad odor. The phone service never worked and the towels were all stained! I requested a refund and they told me no because I got the room online! Shame and a waste!

Dead cockroaches smashed on the wall, mold in the bathtub, the walls were dirty and scuffed. The room tv screen was smashed and cracked.

Being charged for the full amount of the room I DIDN'T STAY IN!!! I verbally cancelled it because the manager told me NOT TO COME!! Disbuted with Booking.com and they believe the manager there. So 1.I will NEVER use booking.com and 2. I will never stay at THAT Motel 6.
