Negatives: Scratchy people hanging around

Negatives: Toilet and tub almost impossible to use - way too small. Could barely fit in such tight quarters. I am handicapped and must use a walker. The door could not be closed due to such a tight space.

Negatives: The facility is aging, poorly maintained, dirty, and unkempt. There was no refrigerator and no microwave. I have stayed in many properties when the water temperature drops from demand, but I have never been in a hotel shower that effectively turned into a sprinkle. People were loud until after midnight. And still, the place was packed due to the demand for hotel motel space in Austin last weekend with the UT Spring Game and the Moontower Comedy Festival and several national touring musical acts increased demand.

Negatives: We had to move rooms because a couple of nights we smelled smoke coming through the vent of our first room so we eventually moved to a separate room, but that room didn't have AC so we had to move once more. When I tried to extend my stay I was told we couldn't because we had been smoking in the rooms. However, we were not the ones smoking in the room. We are both allergic and will get really sick if we're anywhere near it. Porsche at the front desk was rude and unaccomodating when it came to our concerns. She wouldn't even look me in the eye.

Negatives: I contract the service through Booking. On the wedsite it asks me the time of arrival and the time of departure. I booked it to Tuesday 1am to Wednesday 3pm. I was in my room when the staff knocked on my door at 11am telling me that my chechout time is right now and that I have to leave. I try to speak to the manager that I booked my checkout at 3pm and even show the reservation on the website. But he said it wasn't his problem. I asked for his name but he wouldn't tell me. He was short, obese, black, and have a beard. I asked if I can stay a bit longer because I had a plane at 5pm and no place to stay until then but he told me no. As I was leaving he said good luck. Another problem I had was that here isn't service in the TV, there wasn'twater to drink, soap to wash yout hair, the room smell like cigarettes and there wasn't Wifi. My reason of stay was because of business.
