We had some issues with check in and had to wait over an hour to get our rooms after 6 pm and then we had to wait to get into a restaurant for dinner. Not a good start for a family with small children.

It was a treat to stay at this hotel. The facilities were lovely. The food at the restaurants was excellent. The rooms were wonderful. Staff were helpful. We were there for the 4th of July and the activities for children were great as were the swimming pools.
Negatives:
The day we arrived they had difficulty getting our rooms ready and by 6:30 PM we did not have a room. The staff was very helpful getting us in two rooms but not what we had requested but close, but then our luggage got lost/taken to the wrong room. It was not a good start to the stay and then we had to wait a long time to get into a restaurant for dinner and get the food. The management on many levels were very concerned and did take care of us though. Waiting to get food at the restaurants always took a long time.
