When I went online to extend my stay, your website changed my requested dates to the next month. I immediately contacted the hotel and booking.com and informed you both of YOUR error I was given the run-around and I never received a refund even though I contacted you both many times. I’m very disappointed with both parties and will not use either of you again. You both were made aware of the situation through constant contact from me but you kept my money. Terrible experience!!

The breakfast was great. I had a great cappuccino and a very tasty bagel, egg and ham sandwich. And dinner was also good. I was availed myself of the shuttle to go shopping nearby. The shuttle to the local area was a great bonus.

The bed was comfortable and it was in a good location in Austin. The restaurants and cafe were nice. Great outdoor seating area. Gym was decent.
Negatives:
The walls are PAPER THIN. And if you have a room that faces the atrium, and anyone is out at the bar past 10 pm, don't plan on going to sleep. There is no soundproofing. I could hear my neighbor's phone conversation, his television, and was kept up both night by the noise coming from the bar. For what we paid to stay here, I couldn't believe how awful the noise level was.

The room and property is very clean and a great experience.
Negatives:
The property now charges for parking which is close to $20 and if youre not a Bonvoy member, they charge for WiFi (from $15-20) per day. Those additional charges can add up and give a slight illusion of the bargain price initially provided.

The main lobby area is very nice but due to the architecture of the hotel , the rooms overlooking the lobby are not comfortable. We could not sleep until 2 am when the party of people partying and talking and laughing loud left the area. I
