Negatives: The staff lost reservation so made new one which new one was for one day, not 2 like originally when we booked, and since under that impression we thought we had 2 nights not one ,when check out time came we where hassled non stop and my bf had the card so I couldn't swipe card like they asked like they had the card already in file idk why it had to be swiped but either way counted down making me feel like I was gonna have to pack up n be out side basicly but my bf showed up swiped card n it was good, but they came like 6times or more just bugging....then last morning I was eating breakfast when desk girl came and started up with ur..... Checking out right????..... I told her yes and she said GOOD... I asked her for late check out just incase she told me they don't do that .....when online it says u can until 2 pm......but I didn't say nothing I said ok n went to my room.....about 10 she came and knocked to see if we knew it was almost time to check out, I couldn't belive she rushing me to leave, when check out came at 12 she knocked again....and said oh past check out and u can't rebook cause we need room .....I said yea I'm already packed I'm waiting on my ride, and mind this I have my 8yr old son n 2 dogs , so just leaving was not easy like if it was only me so she said yeah but u need to leave property.....I said ok...and she stood there till I came out which it took a bit cause I had to get everything and make my son help and yea it was very hard, but I'm surprised she didn't walk us fully out and treat me like im some trespasser .....cause it started feeling like that ....n made us wait in the rain for our ride, I'm so pissed

Negatives: My only complaint was that one of the tvs wasn't working. I notified the front desk and he said maintenance would come to fix it. But they never came.
