Breakfast was wonderful. Hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel is topnotch compared to other hotels in its price range. I travel for work and have tried many hotels in the same vicinity and this is by far the best.

Positives:
Very friendly staff and clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed, coffee maker and generous fridge in the suite. Easily accessible by car from I-35 and Parmer Ln, complimentary parking available at the hotel.

Facility is a bit dated, A/C was rather loud.

Great Location. Wonderful sweet lady at check in. Can't remember her name, she is from Ireland, she went above and beyond helping us get checked into our room . Our key wouldn't work had to try 3 different times but finally got it to work.
Negatives:
Some family decide to camp out and have a family reunion by the pool area and basketball area for the two days we were there leaving absolutely no room for anyone else to sit out there and relax. There should be some kind of regulations or rules from preventing that from happening .

I really love how friendly the staff was . The gym was okay also
Negatives:
My room seemed a bit ran down , the tub had dirt stains . The wall had water damaged , also the light was really dirk and flicker it was semi depressing. The carpet had holes in it . I would say it could really use a deep cleaning and a little more love . I felt like I was at a motel but I’ve seen cheapies hotels that were nicer . Also the house keeping didn’t tighten up my room or being fresh towels . I stayed for 3 nights .

The front desk clerk was lovely. She was so kind to my kids. She was a gem. Breakfast was very good too.

We asked for two queen beds but got one. The room had a perfume chemical smell that was too strong and there was no hot water. I was tired from traveling with my three kids and just wanted to sleep.
