The room was very quiet. The bed linens were especially nice. The location was very convenient.

The shower head put out almost no water. The breakfast was OK, but varied tremendously depending upon which lady was working. The upholstery was tired and the bathroom was very basic. To be fair, the rate was very good.

Gotten bitten up by bedbugs, beds are a little to firm. I wanted a bath tub, so the young lady switched my room from King Suite, to a double queen with a tub. when switched, Candy wrapping paper was laying around & I found some soaks on the floor. I had gone down to speak with her, to inform her of what I found inside the room. She sent some one to do an extra sweep through the room. You also have cleaning staff, stopping & talking very loudly in front of your room, for minutes at a time. REPEATEDLY ! When checking out, I informed the property manager that I was bitten up by bedbugs. She said they will go check it out. That it may or be bedbugs, that it may just be some kind of insect. NEVER not apologized. However down played it. I told her, no these are bed bugs bites! I asked her who was the owner. She never gave me that information. Pictures below of the bed bug bites!

Paid and chose a room with TWO queen beds, provided with 1 king and a pull out bed in the couch. Very disappointed in this. We chose the two queen bed specifically for medical reasons and we’re not provided that. Pitiful
