A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

location was fine. The warmth of the lobby decor and lighting was nice.
Negatives:
1. I have a video of a bug crawling in the bathroom.
2. I always had to go look for the front desk staff for service. When they came back to the front, they were typically talking on the phone, having a loud personal conversation with no awareness that maybe they should not have loud, personal phone calls while on duty.
3. there was a cleaning woman sleeping on an outside bench, as if waiting for a ride. Not a good visual aesthetic.
4. there was no water glass in my room to use when brushing my teeth or to put at my bedside at night to drink water from to alleviate dry mouth. I ended up using the ice bucket to drink from.
5. the closet door was off it's tracks so I was unable to close and open it properly.
6. the hall carpet was dingy, smelly, frayed and old.
7. the towels were thin, not plush
8. check-in was at unacceptable 4pm, instead of the standard 3pm. I had to beg to be allowed in my room at 3pm.
9. there was no working wall sconces in my part of the hallway by room 225, making it dark and difficult to find my card key in my purse to enter my room.
10. There was a dispenser unit in the shower for soap, conditioner and shampoo. It was on top of a high shelf, not affixed to the shower wall in a convenient place. I had to place it on the shower floor as I was using the products, bending over down to floor level over and over to get shampoo, etc. There was no pump head on the soap portion of the dispenser so I had to use shampoo as body soap.
11. I would actually appreciate some sort of partial refund due to all of the above.

There was cockroaches in the restroom! One was really big. The other one was inside the sink. We asked to speak to the manager and the host laughed. She didn't want to give us the managers name. She finally said it was Markus. She said she was going to call the manager till the next day. But it's already been a full day and we haven't heard anything. She did tell us she would get us another room but my wife and kids felt disgusted and scared. No refunds or anything as of now.
