Sonesta is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

The room smelled like feet and mildew. The bathroom had black mold growing on the wall/ceiling. The floors had fresh stains. The bed had live silver fish bugs in the sheets. The window lock was broken. The elevator seemed unsafe.

The night clerk was courteous, professional, and had helpful answers. Check-in was smooth. He explained charges that would occur during my stay The beds in the room were were comfortable and helped me sleep well! Good temperature control.

Carpet in room contaminated. Mold on aged pastry in the morning. No chair for desk in room. No switch for lights near couch - had to plug and unplug. Alarm clock too complicated. TV remote didn't work. No towel to step onto from shower - wet floor.

Hotel had a funky smell in the halls. The elevator felt worriesome. The first room we were put in the light above the sink didn’t work and the lock on the inside was loose. They moved us to a second room which was ok.

I called to make sure the pool was open. I was told it was, but when I checked in it was closed for the season. That's the reason (along with a king bed w sofa bed ) we picked this hotel. So right off , I was unhappy. Then the breakfast was pitiful in the morning. Never refilled . We went back for coffee ( no coffee in rooms) and milk was empty, pastry's were gone. It was just cereal,( no milk) fruit or toast ( no butter or jelly)

The night desk attendant was very nice. The rooms were tidy and the room was nice and cool when we went in. Close to where we were going to be going the next day.

Smelled like Tobacco in the smoke-free room. There was no breakfast even though the reviews and the room had breakfast included. Only one elevator worked and it was creaking the whole time. The bed in the sofa was questionable. Our hallway had no lights on our way to the room. There were people betting outside of the hotel in the parking lot and it was sketchy. I would not recommend coming here.
