We had no service on the tv, and when we went to ask about it, they blamed the weather. I then said “oh, so everyone is having that issue.” The desk associate then basically said no, but that there were a few complaints, but offered nothing to rectify the issue. I paid a little extra for an upgrade in my booking, but was given a different type of room along with no tv service, so I was a bit bothered with my stay here. Also, there was a moment when we left to go grab lunch and come back. We were gone for 30 mins and when we got to the room on the fifth floor, our key wouldn’t work, so we had to go all the way down again for them to activate the key. I honestly felt like I had more problems here than any other hotel, MOTEL even. I was disappointed for the price I paid.

Although the lobby smelt nice and was clean, the dining area and rooms were not as nice as they appeared. The floors weren't clean, and the dining room was filthy. The button elevators were sluggish. There needs to be some aesthetic tweaks so that selecting go down didn't light up. The carpets had stains on them and were filthy. The hotel room was so filthy and smelled that the family was forced to leave. The images on my are misleading and don't reflect our experiences.

There's black mold in the bathroom and the smell goes into the bedroom. It's definitely a health hazard. The humidity control inside the room is really poor to the point you can feel it in the sheets. Cockroaches in the lobby, dirty sheets.
