Between Tuesday, Oct 8th, 2024 at midnight and Wednesday, Oct 9th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, Oct 9th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Oct 9, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Negatives: Room did not have soap, an old contact lens was stuck to a glass in the bathroom, the shower was… interesting, and we paid way more in person than we did on Booking.com. It worked given our circumstances, but was just disappointing overall. The bed was comfortable and we didn’t get bed bugs, so it met the bare minimum. If we paid what we thought we would when we booked, it wouldn’t be that bad. But we paid more than double.
