StayBridge Suites was a new experience for us, and we are very positively impressed!! The front desk staff was totally considerate of whatever we needed to make our stay complete ? It was a pleasure to stay in a room with such high quality and impeccably laundered bedding. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare substantial meals and enjoy them in leisure on a comfortable full size couch with a chaise lounge side!! There are tons of stations on the new television and the room had an up to date attractive decor. I really liked the super clean Mr. Coffee large pot of freshly brewed ☕☕ we could make ourselves in the room before breakfast!! The surfaces were also clean and sanitized for the new guests which is not the case in most hotels. Thank you for the amazing breakfast as well with the best healthy options I have ever seen in similar type hotels. The natural high quality yogurt, a variety of fresh fruit, and cinnamon raisin toast really hot the spot for me personally! The choices of hot and cold breakfast foods was significant. Everyone is to be commended for their integrity and beautiful manners!! Have a blessed fall and winter season. We look forward to future stays at your StayBridge when the opportunity arises again:-))

It could use some updating. We didn’t necessarily feel safe, but that had more to do with the interactions of another guest. We had trouble with the AC, and room keys not working, but the staff went above and beyond, fixing both issues immediately.

I didn't care for being made to wait almost 10 minutes to check in while the desk attendant stood there pecking on a calculator and doing what was obviously more important.

Everything seemed clean, pool was nice, the staff was nice.
Negatives:
When we arrived in our suite, it seemed like it wasn’t properly prepared. All of the remotes had batteries removed, all of the dishes were in the dish washer with water sitting in them, the smoke detectors had been covered up with plastic bags, the body wash and conditioner in the shower were completely empty.. I can go on, overall it was just small things that were frustrating.

The facility itself was well organized and appeared clean! Ashton at the front desk was amazing and very welcoming. Accommodated our needs in a timely manner!
Negatives:
Upon arrival the bed sheets were clean, however the bed mattress itself was not. It had what appeared to be either coffee or blood stains on the bed and the general manager Stevie did nothing about it AND charged my card for stains that did not come from my family! Informed me that I could not do nothing about or talk to anyone else about the issue!

I like the fact that it was clean and everyone there was friendly there.

That we reserve our rooms early but when we got there they had to find us a room 2 times which was a hassle what was the point in getting it reserve if when you arrive it wouldn't be available because we were there at the time we were supposed to be there waiting to get into our room from a 3 hour drive and then our key card stop working at one point as well
