The front desk clerk Herculano (Herc for short) was AMAZING! Terrific customer service. We got there during rush hour when everyone was trying to check in, yet despite the chaos, Herc attended to everyone with the utmost courtesy and was the shining example of what hospitality should be. He was our 'go-to guy' throughout our entire stay. We enjoyed his sassy humor and his presence felt more like a friend waiting for us at the front door of a long night. This man deserves a raise!!!

The fact that the mattresses would slide off the bed 'frame'? It was more like a large raised shelf than a frame.
