Studio 6 is pet friendly! Well-behaved pets are welcome. Pets must be declared at check in. Limit of two pets per room. The pet fee is $10 nightly to a maximum of $75 per stay except for service animals who are always welcome at no charge. All pets are permitted unless they pose a health, safety risk or are prohibited by law.

I asked for a refund about 2mins after booking it because they did not lift the bad on me because of my roommate being 27 lost key to room and they band him now I find out it'd both of us So please refund the 59.00, plus tax said call booking they said you have to refund on your end.call me at 7377479857 if any please refund like you said you would back to credit card

Because at 1137 am when I was about to checkin for the second booking, they told me I had 20 minutes to pack up and leave, when I done nothing wrong. A visitor I had had no id, 90 percent of the guest there are illegals as are the staff. None spoke english. She publicly humiliated me after I had spent over 300 staying there. First two nights I I didn't have a kitchen to cook in because it didn't work. Let's face it is for illegals to live in hidding.

It is a lower income class of individuals than you would see at other hotels, but that's to be expected given the price point. Everyone was friendly so no concerns

My BFFs at the Studio Pavilion
Positives:
Cost and location were the main benefits for me. The actual room was nothing special but it was functional..
Overall it was a budget room and lived up to that expectation.
Negatives:
The towels had some stains, the shower caulking had staining, the ac blew on you directly in bed. Also my refrigerator wasn't very cold.

There was a roach in the refrigerator. No shampoo/conditioner or Kleenex in the bathroom. Floor has some “spills” that were hardened on the floor. Bed was hard and felt like springs.

It was nice until night time then all kinds of things would keep you awake.

I was there two weeks. When I went to pay for the third week I was told I was going to have to pay for my dogs that I did tell them about upon checking in that are certified the woman basically discriminated against me saying emotion support dogs are not certified that it’s one or the other which in fact is wrong as she is not even supposed to ask the things she did! I have always stayed at motel 6 or studio 6 but this woman has changed my outlook on them. She is worried about two small dogs that do no harm then being worried about the people that’s around late night sitting outside peoples windows and just causing problems all around! They get a complete 0 from me I am more than disappointed and am pursuing a lawyer! I had to miss work to move rooms this day so I lost wages as well as being discriminated against.
