Negatives: Dark small rustic rooms

Negatives: The bathroom tub was severely chipped and unattractive. The area appears to be surrounded in a sketchy neighborhood, so paying attention at all times was mandatory ; however, our stay worked out. I dont believe I would return.

Negatives: Not being able to take shower because the shower was broke. Not serviceable. The hotel repair/maintenance should have it taken care of before it was rented or available fir accomodation. I checked out that morning plus I was pressed for time. It was inconvenient to pack my bags twice to move to a different room to take a shower. Frustrating. Uncomfortable all day. I felt unclean.

Negatives: Shower didn't work. Couldn't turn on the water therefore I didn't take shower during my stay. I could have moved to a different room. However, I was checking that same day. It was so inconvenient to pack twice when I was press fir time. The hotel maintenance/repair should have been done before anyone was allowed to stay in the room. It was frustrating early in the morning, to say the least. It's my only biggest complaint nit to have fix the shower before tge room was available for accomodation. BAD business yet I paid for it.

Negatives: One thing, at the end of my stay, there was one small cockroach on the dresser by the TV.

Negatives: Super small pillows. Curtains dont cover the whole width of the windows properly

Negatives: someone else was given our room as well, they walked in on us as we were getting out of the shower, asked for another room, second room did not have proper AC, asked for another room, which we were accommodated, however, the latch for the door was broken, there was no phone to call the front desk, someone was knocking on our door at 2am. The bed was hard and uncomfortable..

Negatives: Room with nasty smoking smell, electrical outlets were in bad condition, room were clean but a really bad smell I couldnt even had a good night sleep. The front desk people at nighttime didnt give me any information related to WiFi need to do homework and couldnt because of it. Then there were a Tv in the room and not control to use it. Really,really a baddddd experience

Negatives: Sign on gate to pool area says 10-9.1 day they said after breakfast but didn't open till 2.1 day it would open after people had checked out.how about the paying customer?why should I wait?they close at exactly 9 but never open at 10 like it's posted.ive been here 6 days and finally Sunday I get to use hot tub which is one reason I chose here

Negatives: The first room we got was not serviced so we were assigned another one. The receptionist told us breakfast was till 10 but when we showed up at 9.15 we found out it was only until 9. This was a very big draw back as we needed coffee and the hotel is by a highway with nothing around but construction. There were people sleeping on the floor in the hall where our room was. The wifi was unbearably slow and in the room there was not one single light bulb working or actually left Not many sockets either and no coffee machine, which given we had no breakfast because of the miscommunication from reception was indeed a big deal. I wouldnt go back.
