the first day they didn't make our room. So we didn't have fresh towels, coffee, water, etc.
We called so they made it the next day and it was poorly cleaned. They didn't even replenish coffee and carton cups.

The Cafe was excellent for breakfast and lunch and the bar/lounge was excellent for dinners especially when the restaurant is closed.
