The hotel was super clean and quiet and a good location for the things I wanted to do in Austin.
Negatives:
Lower ratings because of several issues: I booked the room specifically wanting a refrigerator. There was none, but they moved one into my assigned room. I also was seeking a property with a whirlpool. It had one and it was open, but outdoors and not heated for my stay. TV in room didn't work - maintenance got right on it and replaced the TV and box. Outlets in bathroom were dead, despite GFI light on, so item I tried to charge overnight didn't charge. Staff was responsive to all the issues, but the number of maintenance/equipment issues detracted from my experience.
