Staff were extremely friendly and helpful when we needed to add an extra night. Great location and room was spacious.
Negatives:
Television remote did not work most of the time and room phone also did not work, so we had to go downstairs to reception if need be.
Walls seem thin but housekeeping played loud music in the morning, the same song on rotation while we were trying to sleep in our room. As we had extended our stay, this was not communicated properly internally so housekeeping entered our room while we were still sleeping the next morning (do not disturb sign was hanging and latch was over door). Housekeeping did not understand and tried to re-enter despite me explaining the situation, reception staff were apologetic but it was still a downside of the stay.

The breakfast wasn’t free which I get it but it wasn’t very clear till you sit down at the table making it a little weird.
