No one available at check in or check out. Had to ring a bell and wait. Same experience when I tried calling to add onto a block that was supposed to be available for wedding guest. No way to leave. Message, full voicemail and no answer with multiple attempts

The customer service. The ladies who worked the desk were very pleasant. The smell of the hotel upon entrance and all the way thru was lovely. If you could make sure the rooms smell the same would be an even bigger plus. The beds, OMG - comfortable.
Negatives:
The only issue I ran into was they originally put me in room 306, however, the toilet wasn't working properly, and I was switched to room 307. Once in there, I didn't experience any issues.

Cleanliness is poor. Some bugs crawling all over the place, especially the entrance and bath room.
The floor (carpet) is dirty and I can feel the couch is rarely be cleaned up too.
