W has to cancel one day of our trip. We had booked through booking.com and they didn’t refund us any of our one day that we dropped. Once we spoke to Hampton’s inn, it all was fixed. From here on out, it’s Hampton all the way!!!

They woman that checked us is was very friendly, nice, and patient. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast had good selections.
Negatives:
There was no refrigerator in the room and for the price we paid you would think it would be available. We were told there are no refrigerators in "standard" rooms.

The room was big, clean & comfortable. The in room hot tub was also very comfortable although changing the light above it to a blue or red bulb would be a nice touch.

The indoor heated pool was freezing & the whirlpool next to it was foamy & dirty. The front desk staff was rude!
