Staff was accommodating upon requests. Great location to shops, restaurants and interstates. Nice facilities and amenities.
Negatives:
Water pressure in bathroom sink was not up to par. Furnishings need to be updated there were cosmetic issues needing attention in the rooms. Cleaning staff not able to speak English to communicate with guests.

I left a bag in my room, called about a hr after and was told they had it but I would have to call back the following day because house keeping had already left. I called the following day to be told someone would call me back. No on did so I reached out, and was on hold for about 20 min while the "manager" checked. was advised nothing in room not sure who told me it was. then when asked for names of person cleaned room and I spoke to I was advised they only have first and nickname....he doesn't know his employees last names....

The hotel was in a great location for people traveling Interstate 10, like we were. There were plenty of nearby restaurants. The Hotel was clean, the beds were super comfortable, they offered a broad variety of breakfast, and the hotel staff was super friendly.

They were working putting in cables in the attic while we were trying to rest, drilling and had wires running down the hallway and had a ladder right outside our door. Someone needs to clean up around the outside, dead bushes, paper all in the parking lot. With that being said, the Staff was very nice, breakfast was good, bed was nice. Room was set up kind of crazy. Tv was placed in the bedroom not in the setting room.
