Front desk check in was very quick and professional, the ladies were very polite and preventable. They were outstanding.

This is a old hotel. The hotel is NOT esthetically clean & maintained. This is a bare minimum effort. The manager may not be trained in this area or she is limited in staff. Consider, vacuming, cleaning the carpet and change out or wash the pillows.

Truck was broken into and ignition destroyed as well as several sentimental the nags taken. Notified staff and called police. Staff said no cameras on outside and wasnt anything they could do. Other than refund one. Night. Asked to see manager

The staff was very friendly. I asked for a trash bag, and she asked if it was anything else she could assist me with. Great eye contact.
Negatives:
On the second day, my husband told me they only clean rooms every three days. Unacceptable! We were supposed to use our same towels with nowhere to hang them with bacteria. If there was a ventilation place to hang them...perhaps. We had to ask for clean towels daily. With the accumulated towels, it was a mess. The morning of our departure, someone (a guy) told my husband he can only give him two sets of towels. We traveled with a 12 year old. We needed three. If it is your policy to clean the rooms every three days, it should be told to use at check-in. The breakfast was meatless each day with no explanation. At checkout, the lady said all the equipment is not in. Usually, your hotels are great. This is the second time I've had a bad experience with LaQuinta.
