The a/c was not working in one room, commode clogged in one, sink clogged in another and no water pressure. The breakfast was horrendous & they expected $13.00. Received coupon one day for breakfast but refused to allow second day
THE LOCATION AND THE BEAUTY OF THE HOTEL.
IT WAS TOO COLD INSIDE THE LOBBY AND THE SHOWER PRESSURE WAS TERRIBLE.

Several things. Too many to list.
The indoor pool area was at 93 degrees with no air flowing. Unbearable. The pool water was dirty! Disgusting. The room was musty, the bathroom smell like sewer water was leaking. The sheets were rough on the skin. The floors in the room were dirty.
The hotel was dirty and service was less than expected.

Right off the highway
Toilet wouldnÃ‚'t flush. No one came to fix it. Carpet looked like a murder site. Bed and furniture moved awakaey clearly to cover up stains. Room smelled like smoke.

I thought all Holiday Inns offered free breakfast with your room but this on was independently owned and you had to pay a higher room charge if you wanted the breakfast
Convenient location. Great rates and nice hotel.
I requested extra towels for my stay because we had a more than 3 guests in our room and they said they ran out of towels. I requested a bag for dirty clothes and they ran out. I requested a trash bag and they didnÃ‚'t have any available.
Close to where we needed to be
Supposed to have had a handicap accessible room. Booked it as has handicapped. Not available. very disappointed. couldn't take a shower barely could get in bathroom.
The security guard and front desk agent were extremely unprofessional.
I had a terrible experience. The security guard tried to have my vehicle towed from parking at the drop off at 1AM in the morning. The front desk agent supported him in this- he didnÃƒÂ¢Ã¢Â‚Â¬Ã¢Â„Â¢t not try to protect me as a guest or treat me as a value
The Updated room. The King Suite was ABSOULTLEY AMAZING! Lot's of room, and very nice.
Was not the Hotels fault, but when arrived upon check-in there was a power outage for the grid the hotel was located. Gave my number and the front desk staff took my number and gave me a call when room was ready. GREAT SERVICE! Thanks!
