Our shower was filthy! The sink wouldn’t drain so while brushing our teeth or anything else. The water would just puddle in the sink

This hotel was one of about six or so hotels in a complex of hotels. It took me a while to find this hotel, which is located on the back end of the property. More directional signs throughout this complex would be very helpful, to travelers who are trying to find their way after dark.

The large volume of spider webs at the pool area. Also the breakfast staff ignoring questions for assistance which caused me to wait 15 minutes while my food became cold

Absolutely, the worst breakfast I have ever had at any hotel! Undercooked, poor service refill, eggs tastes like granulated like mush powder, sausage almost beige because it was barely cooked, juice watered down.

2nd time here; I travel with a lot of kiddos…. And they are always clean and it is quiet

Nothing, the kids wanted to go swimming, I let them but the water looked a tad dirty!!! But it did rain on and off during our visit. Our previous visit the pool was clean and beautiful at night… I think it just the weather that made it dirty but I enjoyed it
