This Hotel has the absolute worst staff & Their system is completely messed up. I have stayed here several times & every time there is some sort of issue with my reservation whether it be
¹.Double Charging (never received refund or compensation)
².Claimed to never Receive paid reservation (never compensated & had to pay again)
³.Booked & paid for room & they didn't have any rooms available. had to go somewhere else & never received refund from them
⁴.Removed by police for non payment (the payment was located later In the day but never refunded)
⁵. Forced to leave & never compensated because the maid said we had animals because the towel had yellow stains(urine) But we never had an animal it was actually alcohol spilled the night before
