Positives:
First of all, I take it there early. They did accommodate me in getting a room instead of having to stay in my vehicle with my grandson because I did arrive early in the morning also like the location because it was right off the interstate so was easy to drop off intowas a very far away from where my sister lived. I would say within five minutes drive so that worked out also.
Negatives:
There were roaches found in the shower and seen different places in the room the room had an awful smell. There were not enough towels to accommodate the guest upon request. Had to wait for them to be washed and dried. Not accommodating to the guest my grandson was told that the pool would be open in the morning at 0900am. Upon his going to check he found it was locked. After talking to the desk clerk, he was told rudely they weren’t going to go out there and open the gate for him. I could have responded, but I chose not to based upon the fact that we were checking out that day, and I felt that I was fed up with the way things had gone with this hotel and I would just put it in my review.

Apparently they gave away our room with a king bed, we checked in at 8:30pm, offering us a double. I told them we reserved a king, which he found one. The entry door to room looked like it was kicked in at sometime, extremely hard to open, close and lock! The a/c leaked all night, which wasn’t visible to us, made the carpet completely soaked. The black mold on bathroom faucet was disgusting, didn’t even want to take a shower. Although the bed seemed comfortable with clean sheets, we did not get a good night sleep. Would never stay there again!

It use to safe location but it was a lot loitering outside the building at night. A lot of prostitution. Weed smokers. Not family vibe at all

Location was great and even though the hotel was full it still had parking. Though it was a walk. Price was great through bookings. Room was clean.
Negatives:
Room 100 smelled rmoldy and really bad. We never complain but my husband could not stop coughing until he turned off the AC and it was hot. Shower water pressure was nonexistent. It was a little water down the sides but none in the middle.
