One of the rooms had roaches and hair by the sink. Wasn't cleaned as effectively as it could have been. The other room, the heat didn't work. Very disappointing in the stay.

We were told there were no meat, no eggs, decaf coffee, & the hash browns were cold (not cooked completely). The reason, we were told was no supply truck. When the Clerk was informed she went into the kitchen we got some eggs and some meat. There was 8 people at 7:45 . I have never had a choice of Many ITEMS available at a Best Western MOTEL no waffels, eggs, meat etc at a BEST WESTERN
