I arrived at the hotel and wasnt able to check it. They were checking other customers in but then told me I had to wait a few hours before I could check in. Then the elevator broke.

We found a pillow cover with stains that looked like fungus. The water tank in the bathroom kept leaking water, and the door was difficult to open with the card.
