Positives: The manager addressed our concerns...ie another guest walked into our room at 6am because of a glitch in the computer system that indicated that our room was vacant. Then the front desk called 15 minutes later and woke us up again. The hotel manager was very helpful.
Negatives: See above.and the initial interaction with the front desk person regarding this matter was less than helpful or empathetic.

Positives: this hotel has really deteriorated. this was my 3rd stay in 5 years. It has gone from very nice to okay. the bed was still okay, but the shower door slides open while showering and the carpets down the hall have "pockets" in them where they have a drain or something underneath and i stumbled twice and twisted my ankle in the "hole." the breakfast isn't near what it used to be . the staff was sloppy and unprofessional. When i arrived, no one was at the desk - i waited maybe 5 mins - and a gal comes in with her to go food and sets it down on the counter and checks me in. wow.

Positives: Home2 Suites lived up to our expectations! The property was very clean and well maintained, including the laundry centre. Staff were very helpful when we had an issue with a leak in the bathroom. The suite was very comfortable and a good size.
