Staff were excellent. Shuttle bus was on time and safe. Complimentary water, tea, and coffee on the main floor was handy.
Negatives:
Room wasnt clean - found a tack in the couch cushions, the couch was stained, there was a used k-pod in the room, the bathroom lacked ventilation so it was smelly. The pullout couch was so uncomfortable and was slanted so that the end was higher than the head of the bed.

Had to stay overnight for a cancelled flight. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Positives:
Hot breakfast including eggs, waffles and sausage, not the best quality but better than just grab and go.
Available coffee at all times at the reception is a plus.
The beds were comfortable and sheets were clean.

Extremely noisy at night, we couldn't sleep, the stairs' door was not adjusted, so it made people slam it constantly. The loud pop scared us every time and didn't let us sleep.
The hot tub was very dirty, there was snot and gunk floating around, it looked yellow and cloudy.
There were candy wrappers around the pool around 10:30 am .
The floor in our room wasn't vacuumed. We found a couple of pen caps around the desk and a mascara brush in between the 2 beds. There were some red cumbs from some type of food too.

I did not like anything about the robbery. I was misled from the beginning. I have a paper that says smoking otherwise I would have never booked the room. Asked for my money back. Got pissed when I was informed, I was not getting anything, the keys or the money back. Naturally I was pissed. Who wouldn't be after being lied to and deceived. This is the worse experience I have had, and it all started with the lies about smoking and free cancellation.
Negatives:
It was a lie saying it was smoking. If that lie would not have been told there would be no need for a cancellation. Now they want to charge me. I am getting a lawyer filing a civil suit whatever I need to do to keep anyone else from being misled..
