Positives: I love the location of this property, we were able to walk or take the free van to shopping and restaurants. The bar on the top floor of the hotel is nice and has a beautiful view.

Positives: They let me check out late which was nice and the bed was very comfortable.

Negatives: No food options other than an extremely expensive rooftop thats only open for dinner (and no room service). No water bottles!!! That drives me crazy. They force you to buy water! I personally refilled empty bottles at the gym fountain to not give them a buck. The room had broken lights, flimsy hardware, feels very old and poorly constructed with crappy paint jobs. This is literally a bad boutique hotel that charges you the price of a 4 star in the city. Keep in mind, they were demoted a star. And it looks like they want to be demoted another.
