THE FRONT DESK CLERK WAS FRIENDLY.
Negatives:
The hotel was in remodeling mode and they [ owners] didn't state this fact when we booked the reservation. Nor did they offer a discount. But they asked for our understanding of the mess [ live with it]! The totlet didn't work, didn't get room service, breakfast was pitiful, the hotel smelled like mold, the A/C was noisy, I didn't enjoy the stay at all!!
