Friendly staff. Very helpful, and helped me when I locked myself out of my room within 15 min of being there. The location is great for the Texas mile but not even in the same league as the other hotels around it.
Negatives:
Random guy at the back of the hotel by my room trying to help me unload my items, made me and my wife VERY uncomfortable. Room was very muggy when I walked in, front door doesnt seal, and window is broken. Light out in bathroom, cockroaches in the room, AC filters not cleaned, shelves broken/missing in the bathroom. Drinks left in the fridge that werent ours and surprised it didnt explode

Okay if you dont stay in the back of the property, but the value for money is terrible.

I was given a smoking room when I had asked for a non-smoking room. The television did not have a remote and I requested one and the man that helped me said he was going to get one and never came back. Not aware of the name change of the motel either

Went to reunion and had restful time.
Positives:
Location was great. Room smelt like dog pee. Towels were dirty and locks on door worked only half time. Breakfast was gone by the time I got there at 7:30am.
Negatives:
Room was filthy and smelled like dog piss. No clean towels. Had to go ask for clean ones, was told they were out of towels at moment and would bring me more later which they never did. Locks on doors did not work right. Terrible stay with loud music playing all night.
