Positives: Booking.Com is aweful! I went to check in and the hotel did not have my reservation and said "oh well" you will have to call Booking.Com because they have not sent us anything. I showed her on my phone the monies had already been deducted from my account. I was a woman alone in the city with no where to stay. Luckily I had more money and got a hotel elsewhere. What if I did not have the money? Where would I have stayed? I will NEVER use Booking.com again. The hotel offered me no solutions as well. They could of gotten on the phone and called Booking.com but they didn't, which let me know they do not need my business. In the end, once in another hotel I called Booking.com and was advised I would receive a credit but would have to pay cancellation fee. I advised I will not! The rep then advised I would receive full credit, and I am still waiting on that.

Positives: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room seemed recently remodeled and very clean. Tile floor throughout was a surprise. A/C was great. Loved that they had both microwave and small fridge in the room!
Negatives: Bed was much more firm than I like, but tolerable. WiFi signal was somewhat weak and spotty, but useable. Shower knob fell off, but staff took care of it. Fridge was a bit too cold; my bottled sodas had some ice in them in the morning; thankfully they didn't explode!

Positives: Looks like the room was recently in the past ~year updated with new furniture and bathroom fixtures.
Negatives: No dresser to put clothes in and no hangers to hang clothes. Live out of the suitcase, okay for one or two nights only.
