Positives: Every single staff member at the front desk was extremely nice to me. Made conversations with everyone and was very attentive.
Negatives: I had trouble getting my remote to turn the tv on. At first I thought the remote didnt even belong in the room I was. I turned on the tv with the power button on the tv itself and then felt like I had to mash the buttons extra hard To get it to change channels or volume levels. lol

Since it went over the 48-hour mark, I filed a dispute with my bank and received my money back after no contact with anyone at all. Now, they keep emailing me constantly, asking for reviews.
