Customer service. Rude and unhelpful. No staff to check out. Long long wait to check in. Room number was written on key card if lost easy access to our room. Breakfast was not available due to a packed room and extremely long line waiting for food to be replenished. It was not a good stay.

The location is perfect. Very easy to get too and right by Starbucks, McDonalds and Whataburger

You could tell it was an older hotel. Our shower curtain had mold on it and the shower head was broken and leaked most of the water out at the bottom of the head so the actual water stream barely came out. Our towels had black stuff all over them and the bed was really hard and uncomfortable. But the staff was very very nice and it was a great price. We've definitely stayed in worse. Most of the things wasn't the hotels staffs fault. You could just tell it was an older hotel.
