Positives: There was one young lady who worked at the front desk that was nice.
Negatives: The 3rd floor hallway smelled like there was a major sewer issue or there was a dead animal rotting in the walls. The pool was disgusting. I asked them to clean it, but when it FINALLY got done they didn't bother to clean the hot tub as well. There was a roach in my room. They had no "Do Not Disturb" signs for the room doors, so I asked the desk to tell housekeeping to not go in my room, but they did anyways. The eggs were cold on the breakfast buffet. The photos on your website were clearly outdated from many years ago. The property is NOT well maintained as the photos suggested. This property was WAY TOO Expensive for how bad it was.

Negatives: Room cleaning policy. Booked for 9 nights.Didn't look forward to returning there every night. Breakfast was sub par. Always out of various items. Ended up not going down for breakfast. Elevator floor filthy. Tired hotel. Rates 1 & 1/2 stars at best.

Positives: The woman at the front desk was very helpful. The cleaning crew did a good job.
Negatives: There were restricters on the sink and shower that limited the water flow to an unusable level. The sink shot out needle thin streams that splashed everywhere. The shower did not have enough pressure to get the shampoo out of my crew cut hair.
