The room is undergoing renovations. It was freshly painted, and had new bed linen, good towels, good AC, freshly tiled bathroom, and modest but in good shape furniture. The room was large and had a wall mounted TV.
Negatives:
There are still a few things needed to bring the room to a 3. There is rust in the Kleenex dispenser so it cannot be used, the toilet seat is very insecure, and the shower handle does not work. The entrance to the hotel, in the reception area, is overpoweringly scented. The nightly charge was much less than other 3*** hotels, so it delivered what it promised.

A lot of rusty hardware needs to be replaced, the door didn’t lock with the deadbolt, you can hear people upstairs, the elevator didn’t work a few times.

The staff was very friendly and made us feel very welcome bringing our two huskies with us during our stay. When they say they are "pet friendly," they absolutely mean it.
Negatives:
We had a hiccup when we arrived with our room not being ready, but they did immediately move us to another room that was ready.
