It was 8 minutes from downtown Brownsville.
Negatives:
The place itself looked rundown lots of renovations going on. Asked for a room on the first floor and was told there wasn't one available. Yet walked down from the second floor and seen a room available. The facility cable service in the room was hard to activate. The shower curtain stunk like sweat hadn't been washed in months. Limited towels. Air-conditioning unit did not work properly. The parking lot area was unestablished or marked accordingly. Just a total opposite from what one sees as a customer on the booking.com page. The facility should update their web page pictures so the customer can actually see what it really looks like before considering to book a room. And they do not do refunds at the facility either.
