First it was a lil difficult to find gos kept taking us to the one across over to next street . The facility is old and it smelled of smoke and just old . The tv isn’t updated remote wouldn’t even turn it on the restroom was very old and outdated the shower head had no where to hook on to for showering so difficult to shower .

The room was not very well cleaned. Everything was old. T.V. didn't work. Phone didn't work. Bathroom door did not close. Place is falling apart. Photos online are deceitful. No breakfast, only coffee, no biggie. Too disappointed from the stay, I just wanted to check out and leave.

The room first assigned to me was 205, when we checked in the room, we observed that the Toilet Flush wasn't working and the water wasn't draining, the microwave had the food rotten from the previous guest..after showing this to the Front Desk they changed my room to 308, post which we found that the Showers weren't working and hot water wasn't coming in. Water was coming from both shower and down faucet. Even the bedding was smelling. Inspite of multiple requests the front desk wasn't accomodating for a refund and allow me to checkout of the hotel, they put the notes in the system but didn't help for the refund. I called BOOKING.COM couple of times, but no help.. i won't be using BOOKING.com again in my life..
