Negatives: The hallways have an odor and its too warm

Negatives: A/C was bad. Floors were not clean. There was a bad smell in the entire building.

Negatives: No hot water

Negatives: Room said non-smoking and had a lingering smoke smell. Room and bathroom were dirty. Toilet made noise all day and night. There were bugs. There was no do not disturb sign to put out and room was cleaned while we were out and without our permission.

Negatives: There was lots of little roaches. Not Nice.

Negatives: They were roaches on the wall and in between the sheets. The floor was dirty. It looked like it hadnt been mopped or cleaned, and the hotel had a very ugly smell. I was going to stay there tonight with my family and ended up leaving the following morning at 5:30 AM.

Negatives: Rooms had to change twice and still bad rm

Negatives: Unfortunately this hotel is being remodeled so there was never a night that there wasn't noise they tended to do most of the heavy duty work at night in fact the original room I was staying in the air conditioner was not working so it was extremely humid the whole time so I have the windows open right underneath my window they were jackhammering and there was a compressor or some kind of machinery going on constantly. They also chose to retile the lobby which meant that when you came down in the elevator you were turned back around and had to go and use the stairs which was not convenient for me as I had a lot of things to take up and down the construction should be going on for a long time and I feel like they should let people know when they're making a reservation that this is a real inconvenience. As I mentioned I was in a room with no air conditioning they moved me to another room that I assume had been out of order because the toilet was shotty and in fact overflowed several times and the stove didn't work in this room or the prior room there were no light bulbs in some of the lamps and there were no cooking utensils which basically without the stove working and nothing to cook with I was left to a microwave. I've stayed here before and have no complaints in the past however this time it was not what I expected I ended up moving to a third room checking out and checking back into the fourth room for one final night. This fourth room was exceptional very clean very nice had everything that I was supposed to have in it and I assume it was one of the rooms that had already been remodeled so that one was a wonderful stay but the other three rooms that I used were not. They were clean the maid service is very good the housekeepers are attentive and willing to help and go the extra mile in fact they helped me move my luggage to the other rooms.
