Front desk lady was Rude, & had an attitude . Lobby SMELLED AWFUL!
NO elevators to your rooms. All rooms upstairs. So if you have issues with stairs, your in for a treat at this hotel. Restrooms are downstairs, not in your room. SKIP THIS HOTEL! IT'S NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. Find another place to stay.

This is the first time this happens to me Im a Genious Level 3 customer and the hotel didn't honor the Booking reservation they said they gave the room to someone else, we had to Drive 45 minutes in the middle of the night with my 2 toddlers to another place which was more expensive almost 200 dollars a night this is unnaceptable, lady was rude.
