The doors wouldn't open with our keys. We had to have the maid service open our door to the room for us several times. The elevator wouldn't work going down from the 3rd floor. The floors were broken in the elevator. The bed was so uncomfortable we slept on the floor.

The doors wouldn't open with our keys. We had to have the maid service open our door to the room for us several times. The elevator wouldn't work going down from the 3rd floor. The floors were broken in the elevator. The bed was so uncomfortable we slept on the floor.

Great place, conveniently located near a supermarket and other amenities. Comfortable room, great wi-fi. I used the business office and noticed the ink cartridge was empty when I tried to print, they changed it immediately! Friendly staff.

I would have like oatmeal as an option for breakfast, but no big deal.

The laundry soap dispenser in the laundry room was out of order, not a big deal, but a laundry room is advertised on their site. There's a grocery store across the street where I bought some soap. Breakfast options were a little limited - there was no oatmeal - my daily breakfast, not a major deal though
