Dog hair all over the place in my room..sheets.. chairs carpets were covered in dog hair... couldnt speak with staff because they had a sign in front desk with a phone and sign saying pick up for staff.. when you would do that the front desk phone would ring.. couldn't sleep because of construction they had going on Sunday morning and Monday morning absolutely horrible place to stay not worth the money spent

NO ONE WAS EVER AT FRON COUNTER, THERE WERE SEVERAL PEOPLE INCLUDING MYSELF TO BE HELPED. I WAS NOT NOTIFIED THAT THE ELEVATORS WERE NOT WORKING AND IT WAS A NECESSITY FOR MY STAY.

The staff we interacted with were very friendly and nice and the lady working breakfast worked her tail off. The bed was comfortable.

The property itself is a joke. Dead and alive crickets EVERYWHERE…..we thought we were being pranked it was so bad. Elevator was out of service, and we learned that it has been out of service for over a year. Roach in our bathroom. Hair in the tub/shower. Hot and cold water in the shower are reversed. But the worst thing was the smell. The entire property except for the lobby smells like an unclean public bathroom in a bus station. Like poop, urine, musty plumbing, disgusting. It was so bad we had to leave in the middle of the night and go to Walmart to get a bottle Fabuloso to clean the bathroom ourselves and a plug-in air freshener. But or course the hallway and stairwell were nearly as bad. This franchisee should absolutely have the property taken away from him. I’ve probably only had one, maybe two worse hotel experiences in my 55 years of existence.
