Tho run down feeling, it was clean for the most part

Floor in our room was sinking and bathroom tiles were popped up. Stained hand towel in room. The bed went straight to the platform when laying on it and the pillows were flat- made for inability to rest. The front desk said they were about to renovate but then stared blankly at me, which was awkward customer service. Plugs were loose and some didn't work. To pay what we paid, it left us feeling as though we were in a low budget room. The main lobby was nice.
